Most of my estate planning services are offered on a flat-fee basis so you will know the cost of your plan upfront.
The Planning Process, Simplified
1. planning session
We meet in person or by video to discuss your goals, review your information, and outline the plan options that best fit your needs. Clear flat-fee pricing is provided upfront.
2. Design and draft
I design and draft your estate plan based on your goals and priorities. Drafts are typically completed within 2–4 weeks and shared through a secure client portal.
3. Review and Finalize
You review your drafts and I will answer your questions during a review meeting. My goal is for you to feel fully informed, comfortable and confident in your plan.
4. Sign and Implement
Once finalized, we schedule an in-person signing at my office in Tarrytown, New York. If your plan includes trusts, we will discuss trust funding and next steps.
About Me
After graduating from Columbia Law School in 2006 and beginning my career in complex litigation at large New York City law firms, I made Westchester my home with my family and shifted my focus to pursue work that felt more personal and meaningful. Today, I help clients protect their families, preserve their assets, and plan confidently for the future through thoughtful, approachable estate planning.
